William’s Story

William Spratley never expected to be a domestic violence advocate. The issue hadn't crossed his mind until he was forced to bury his 27-year old daughter, Ameya, whose life was tragically cut short at the hands of an abusive boyfriend. Since those dark days, William has become a champion in the effort to end domestic violence, speaking at events, rallies and press conferences, and meeting with lawmakers to demand change.
