We are looking for leaders interested in inspiring others to join our Aspire Alliance Mentorship Program!

Aspire Alliance 1

The mission of the Aspire Alliance mentorship program is to help Women Against Abuse clients overcome employment obstacles by providing a supportive relationship with a caring mentor, with the goal to pursue career advancement and achieve financial stability.

This is a powerful way to make a life-changing difference for a survivor of intimate partner violence!

What to Expect

  • Interested candidates will be asked to complete an application, participate in an interview, complete background checks, and participate in training.
  • Mentors will be matched with a mentee, and are asked to commit to monthly meetings for one year.

More About the Aspire Alliance

The program consists of:

  • client-focused activities within our residential programs
  • on-site workshops (career assessments, financial planning, resume writing, etc.)
  • additional skills trainings (computer skills, interviewing skills, conflict resolution)
  • referrals to employment and education partners
