Women Against Abuse Emergency Safe Havens:

Two 100 bed safe havens provide free, comprehensive support to men and women experiencing domestic violence and their children. Services include: 24-hour confidential facility; for in-take call the Philadelphia Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-866-723-3014.
